From 2015, when the transposition processes began to be analyzed, until now, 15 thousand civil servants from Amapá, Rondônia and Roraima have already joined the functional staff of the Union, and by the end of this year, the deadline for their completion, around 20 thousand will be analyzed and judged.
The prediction was made on the morning of this Wednesday, 22, by the president of the Special Commission of the Former Federal Territories of Rondônia, Amapá and Roraima, João Cândido, who spoke exclusively on the program ‘LuizMeloEntrevista’ (Radio Diário FM 90.9).
João Cândido he has been the chairman of the Special Committee on Former Territories for 15 days. In the interview, he clarified that he has not yet learned about all the transposition procedures in progress, such as those who worked at Sistema S and Fcria.
The president also clarified that he is still not aware of the issue of PEC 07, unfiled the day before yesterday in the Senate of the Republic, but that he will analyze it and then speak precisely about the subject.
João Cândido informed that the ordinance that generated many comments and protests, which would have been canceled, preventing the entry of many civil servants in the federal government, was not official; it was prepared only in draft form.
The interviewee assured that the Special Commission for the Former Territories is analyzing the transposition processes more quickly, and advised interested civil servants to pay attention to the publication of the minutes that will enable them to enter the federal government as employees.
Candid noted that there are servers contemplated with the transposition that take up to 60 to 90 days to contact the Personnel Management Division (digep) of their state in order to formalize their entry into the Union and start receiving wages.
Employees of the defunct Municipal Development and Urbanization Company of Macapá (Emdesur), second João Cândido, must remain in a state of alert, as their case is being evaluated by the Legal Consultancy of the Special Commission for the Former Territories.
Cândido clarified that civil servants from 1992 who requested transposition and did not obtain it, today can no longer submit a new application, because the deadline for them ended in 2018.
