A report published by the Metrópoles portal revealed that the family of the military Mauro Cid, Bolsonaro’s former aide who is arrested on suspicion of having forged vaccine cards, including for the former president, has a millionaire heritage in the United States. This asset includes a mansion valued at US$ 8 million in California, in which a brother of Bolsonaro’s former assistant lives.
The revelation was used by Lula to attack his predecessor in a speech on Thursday (11) in Fortaleza (CE).
“We are going to investigate, we are going to file a lawsuit and we are going to try to prove the corruption that has occurred in this country, so that the Brazilian people know who practiced corruption in this country”, began the president.
“They just discovered an $8 million house on the, what’s it called? of Bolsonaro’s aide-de-camp. Certainly, a house worth US$ 8 million is not for the aide-de-camp, it is certainly for the champion of discord, for the champion of ignorance, for the champion of denialism”, completed Lula.

The former head of the Secretariat for Communication in the Bolsonarist administration said that the former president’s legal team “is already taking the necessary steps to repair yet another lie”.
