PL proposes measures to improve the quality of education and promote traffic safety

Manaus (AM) — State deputy Felipe Souza presented a Bill (PL) aimed at students who are learning to drive in driving schools in Amazonas. PL No. 197 proposes measures to ensure guarantees and rights during practical driving classes, aiming to improve the quality of teaching and promote traffic safety.

Practical driving classes are essential steps in the process of training new drivers, as it is at this point that students have the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired in theoretical classes in practice. However, students’ rights during this process are very important so as not to compromise not only the quality of training, but also traffic safety.

This project proposes a series of measures to ensure a safer, fairer and more transparent experience for students at driving schools in the State of Amazonas. Some of the main proposals include: limiting the number of students per class, recording classes, respecting schedules, qualification of instructors and the right to reevaluation.

Deputy Felipe Souza highlights that the main objective of PL No. 197 is to promote traffic safety and ensure that future drivers are properly prepared to face the challenges of public roads. Furthermore, he highlights the importance of ensuring students’ rights, providing them with quality training and respecting their dignity as learners.
