With audiovisual recording on the acclaimed stage, the band welcomes friends and fans this Saturday (2), starting at 8pm. The last tickets are on sale at shopingingressos.com.br.

“I’m going to celebrate 22 years of my band, half of my life. In all this time, weighing the scales of life, I am completely sure that I have experienced more good times than bad ones. It’s going to be a special day for special people. We are waiting for all our friends to live this unforgettable moment together. Let’s Rock Agers”,

says one of the vocalist brothers, Arisson Souza, emotionally.

The band Critical Age emerged in October 2001 after long conversations between the vocal brothers Arlley Souza and Arisson Souza, who always talked about and planned to have a rock band known and recognized in the North region. Friends and family supported and thus began a true legacy of Amazonian rock, which this year completes an incredible 22 years on the road.

“The band Critical Age is the age of my oldest son and has been very well looked after like a son since birth. My story as an artist with over 25 years in music is intertwined with the band and will certainly be marked in our lives as a true legacy for Amazonian rock, inspiring several musicians and bands from our land. This is a source of great pride and happiness for me,”

said Arlley Souza.

Of the Brazilian rock bands, Critical Age pre-showed almost all the big bands that performed in Amazonas over these 21 years, including Capital Inicial when they performed at the Festa do Guaraná, in the municipality of Maués in 2010. Among memorable performances, the tour in Portugal in 2019, in which Critical Age came of age, playing shows in 5 cities in that country such as Lisbon, Porto, Magalhães, Braga and Bragança.

The band has grown a lot over the years, always performing at major events in the Capital and interior of Amazonas. For 18 years, they have been playing at the biggest and best rock venue in the North, Porão do Alemão. In 2008, Critical Age had the honor of opening the Scorpions in Manaus to an audience of 30 thousand people, at the Convention Center – Sambódromo. He also opened shows for Helloween and the band Gammaway, in addition to all the previews for Iron Maiden when he came to Manaus in 2009.
