Aurora Boreal releases music video for ‘Carinha de Marrenta’ featuring DJ É O Yuri

The launch was a way of giving a gift to the public at the end of the year
The year is not over yet. And at the lights out of 2023, drag queen Aurora Boreal released her new song “Carinha de Marrenta”, on all digital platforms, with production and musical collaboration by DJ É o Yuri and composition by Egda Carolyn. The hit was accompanied by a music video full of images, which are unlike any national super production, full of representations and fun choreography, signed by choreographers Eduardo Cunha and Débora Júdice.
Aurora Boreal says that this launch was a way of giving a gift to its audience at the end of the year: “I didn’t intend to launch anything in December, the intention was for this work to be in the first half of 2024, but my heart told me to close the year with golden key and it had to be with Carinha de Marrenta”, he said.
The clip, set at Barem Pub, was produced by audiovisual producer Gabriel Leão and had the support of partner companies of the artist, such as Instituto Valendo de Economy Criativa da Amazônia, Magazine Manaus, Invent Sunglasses, Galo de Manaus, Tua Mídia Assessoria and Lion Wigs.
Among the various highlights of the production, it is worth highlighting the special participation of the GRAVIUM Dance Company, followers and friends of the drag queen, who also works as an LGBTQIAPN+ activist and digital influencer, in the city of Manaus.
“This project is the translation of the expression ‘unity is strength’. 50 people were directly or indirectly involved in its realization and I am very grateful for all the support. Being an LGBTQIAPN+ artist in Manaus, in terms of opportunities, is not an easy mission, we are not always well received, but we managed it. It’s another one to count”, concludes Aurora Boreal.
