Manaus (AM) – According to the most recent survey by the Associação das Empresas do Market Imobiliário do Amazonas (Ademi-AM), more than half of the apartments sold in Manaus are of economic standard, with Parque Mosaico being the second most sought after place in the capital by these consumers.

The data, which comprises the first three months of the year, shows that of the registered sales, 620 were in the economic standard, 530 in the other vertical standards, 333 in horizontal units and 7 commercial units.

Regarding location, the neighborhoods that together represented 75.1% of the units sold in the first quarter were: Ponta Negra (386); Mosaic Park (170); Santa Etelvina (154); Taruma (128); Newfoundland Colony (104); and Cidade Nova (94).
