For the general director of Aneel, the publication of the provisional measure by the government can resolve the insecurity created by the decision of the agency. “After the decision, I was approached by several company presidents and several investors concerned about the forwarding of this decision, which once again I believe and trust that the legislative decision will correct this regulatory asymmetry”, he declared. With Aneel’s decision, the expenses will be recognized in the next adjustment, in December 2024 . The agency is counting on the publication of a provisional measure, which has been announced by the federal government since at least November 2023. The draft of the measure has been completed, but is still awaiting publication in the Official Gazette of the Union. According to the text to which g1 had access, the government intends to use resources from regional funds created with the privatization of Eletrobras. You must also advance company deposits into the subsidy account, to reduce their impact on tariffs.
