[ad_1]
Numbers were collected by Instituto Pontual Pesquisas
Pre-candidate and federal deputy Amom Mandel (Citizenship) rose to the lead in the dispute for Manaus City Hall with 32.4% of voting intentions, according to Instituto Pontual Pesquisas, which released the data this Friday (1st).
Mayor David Almeida (Avante) appears in second place with 28.1%. In third place, technically tied, comes Alberto Neto (PL) with 8.7%, Roberto Cidade (União Brasil) with 7.1%, Zé Ricardo with 6.9%. Businesswoman Maria do Carmo Seffair (Novo) has 1.3% and Israel Tuyuka (PDT) in last place with 0.6%. White and null total 8.4% and undecided are 6.5%.
In the last national survey, carried out by the Instituto Paraná Pesquisa, in November last year, David Almeida had 38.5% of voting intentions against 23.3% for federal deputy Amom Mandel and 11.9% for Coronel Menezes (PL), which in this Pontual institute research was replaced by the name of Colonel Alberto Neto.
David Almeida leads in rejection. If the elections were held today, 20% of voters say they would not vote for the current mayor at all. Zé Ricardo comes next with 16% rejection, Israel Tuyuka (10.3%), Amom Mandel (7.5%), Alberto neto (6.4%), Roberto Cidade (5.7%) and Maria do Carmo with 5.5% rejection.
Second Shift
In second round scenarios, Ammon beats all possible opponents. In a direct dispute with the current mayor, Amom would have the vote of 44.5% of voters, while David Almeida would have 38.3%. White and null would total 12.5% and undecided 4.7%.
The survey was carried out from the 22nd to the 25th of this month, interviewed 1,260 voters from all areas of Manaus and is registered with the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) AM-09483/2024.
Amom’s growth can be attributed to the launch of its pre-candidacy and the fall of Mayor David Almeida is due, among other factors, to the recent case in which he traveled to the Caribbean on a private jet paid for by a supplier from the City of Manaus. .
