Former banker João Amoêdo and the Minister of Ports and Airports, Márcio França, entered into a clash on the social network after the repercussion of the proposal for an airfare program of R$ 200 defended by the head of the portfolio.

The debate began with a message from Amoêdo saying that France defends state management of airports and the port of Santos, in addition to wanting airlines to offer cheap tickets at the expense of other passengers.

The minister reacted. He denied that he defends the state management of the airport and the cheap ticket financed by others. But he asked Amoêdo to give an example of a successful private port. The former banker responded by citing the port of Itapoá, in Santa Catarina.

This Tuesday (14), in a ministerial meeting, Lula reprimanded his ministers for disclosing public policies without the approval of the Civil House. The president did not mention names, but the scolding was perceived as a message against the announcement of R$ 200 tickets made by Márcio França.

This Sunday (12), in an interview with the newspaper Correio Braziliense, France said that the federal government intends to close an agreement with airlines to sell tickets for R$ 200 to retirees, students and civil servants, which would be possible with the occupation of empty seats. on career flights.
