Last Friday (17) the amapaense Jucelino Pantoja, 30 years old, he won his 5th victory as a professional in the world of MMA. With just 1 minute and 57 seconds of the first round, Pantoja managed to knock out the carioca Lincoln Santos, in a fight valid for Shotoo Brasil 116.

Jucelino Pantoja celebrated the victory on social media. According to him, even with a shoulder injury and pain, the effort was worth it.

“Only those who accompanied me know how difficult and complicated it was. I had to train with pain, I spent sleepless nights with shoulder pain and the next day I was going to train anyway. A week before the fight I caught a virus that left me in bed, but I kept my focus and determination and I knew the result would be this. This victory is yours and for you, my friends, who accompanied me, hugged and helped in everything possible”he wrote.

The victory maintains the invincibility of the fighter from Amapa, who has not lost or drawn. The expectation is to continue with training and already keeping an eye on the next national and international competitions.

At the moment, Jucelino Pantoja joins Team Nova União, owned by former fighter and highly regarded Dedé Pederneiras, in Rio de Janeiro. He began his career in the world of fights in the ‘Formando Champions’ project, by former boxer Nelson dos Anjos, and has already been Brazilian boxing champion three times.
