Alexandre Padilha and Waldez Góes will lead the Federative Caravan in Amapá – News of Brazil

On May 2nd of this year, the Federative Caravan, an itinerant action of the government Lulawill come to Amapá with representatives from ministries and public banks to assist mayors and local managers who wish to expand the participation of municipalities in federal government programs.

The announcement of the Federative Caravan in Amapá has been made on social media by ministers Alexandre Padilha (Institutional Relations) and Waldez Góes (Regional Integration and Development). Padilha speaks to the 16 mayors of the state of Amapá, and Waldez makes a general call, also including the private sector.

The federal government’s itinerant action is the first time it will come to the state of Amapá. So far, the Federative Caravan has gone, in order, to Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Tocantins and Maranhão. Minister Padilha, in Maranhão, said that the main objective of the initiative is to bring federal entities closer together, aiming to resolve issues, doubts, transfer resources and services in education, health and housing, among others.
