Alap renews agreement with Frei Daniel de Samarate Human Promotion Center – News of Brazil

The Legislative Assembly of the State of Amapá (Alap) renewed the Development Agreement between the House of Laws and the Frei Daniel de Samarate Human Promotion Center, maintained by the Capuchin friars.
The new agreement was signed this Thursday, 14th, at the headquarters of the Catholic institution, a partner of the Legislative Assembly since 2017. ”This act is a reaffirmation of the Legislature’s commitment to Amapá society. I congratulate the Capuchins, the collaborators and volunteers of this institution. We renew this Development Agreement, which is so important for the proper functioning of this quality service offered to the population across the state”emphasizes the Rep. Alliny Serrão (Union)president of Alap.
Non-profit, the Frei Daniel de Samarate Human Promotion Center aims to serve families in situations of vulnerability and social risk. There are around 500 services per day and more than 35 thousand people registered. “With this new resource we will implement our services, offices, cardiology”announces the Friar José Carlos Pestana, space coordinator.
With around 130 professionals including doctors, psychologists, dentists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, social workers, the institution also has a clinical analysis laboratory and a physiotherapy center. ”This partnership is fundamental. The more partnerships, the better the service. There is no charge here, from breakfast to lunch”informs Dona Maria de Nazaréuser of the Center.
