The Legislative Assembly of the State of Amapá (Alap) unanimously approved, this Thursday, the 10th, Ordinary Bill No. The acclamations took place at the 54th Ordinary Session of the 1st Legislative Session of the 9th Legislature, with the presence of 17 deputies.

The prediction of women’s human rights is basically aimed at protecting human dignity in its broadest sense”, emphasize the seven parliamentarians.
The approved text considers, in order to organize the actions, that the violence that affects women is also marked by economic, cultural, age, ethnic, gender, disability, philosophy and religion differences and, in partnership with civil society, provides for the creation of the State Plan to Combat Feminicide. “The actions to combat femicide are intended to establish concepts, principles, guidelines and actions to prevent and combat this crime, as well as to assist and guarantee the rights of women in situations of violence, in accordance with international standards and instruments of rights rights and national legislation”, justify the authors.
