The Advocacy General of the Union (AGU) requested this Friday (27) the blocking of assets of over 42 people who were arrested in flagrante delicto during acts of vandalism in Brasília on the 8th. the persons named in the request were arrested in flagrante delicto. According to the AGU, “everyone must be jointly and severally liable for the damage caused to public property, which is currently estimated at R$ 18.5 million”.

So far, three precautionary actions have already been presented to the Federal Court of the Federal District in order to enable future compensation for the damage caused. The AGU has already requested the unavailability of the assets of 134 people and seven companies, “with 82 people for effectively participating in the depredation and 52 people and seven companies for financing the chartering of buses for anti-democratic acts”.
