According to the AGU, the new request presented on Tuesday was drawn up “based on documents from the Civil Police of the Federal District (PCDF) and the decision of STF Minister Alexandre de Moraes who decreed the preventive detention of the accused. The body claims that the blockade should affect real estate, vehicles, values in financial accounts and other assets of those involved.

The AGU requested that the 40 detainees be summoned to the Papuda Penitentiary Complex, in the Federal District, after compliance with the injunctions. And that “the process be granted secrecy of justice, since it contains information regarding arrests in flagrante delicto and ongoing investigative measures with the aim of determining the criminal responsibility of those investigated”.
