If the PL is approved, it must still have the approval of the presidency, which can also veto the project. However, even if the presidential veto occurs, PL 442/1991 would go back to be processed in the Senate and in the Chamber of Deputies, and if it is voted positively again, it would become effective.

Given the current scenario, we can only wait for the gambling sector in Brazil to be followed based on public interest in the subject, to boost the economy, promote investment in Brazil, ensure a series of jobs and raise values that the Union can direct to folders that it considers lacking.
