After a shack with neighbors, Gretchen puts a house in Belém on sale for R$ 1.5 million; Photos

After moving to Portugal because of neighbors in Belém do Pará, Gretchen decided to sell the house where she was living with her husband, Esdras de Souza. The eternal Queen of Rebolado is asking BRL 1.5 million for the property, located in the Jurunas neighborhood.

The residence has two floors, four bedrooms, one of which is a suite, four bathrooms, five living rooms, a swimming pool and a garage and underwent renovations in 2021, when she moved there.

The property can also be rented for R$ 15,000 a month, according to the announcement by the brokerage that is promoting the house. On social networks, some residents of the region criticized the amount charged by Gretchen for the property, stating that the price is well above average.

Gretchen decided to leave the country after getting involved in yet another mess with the owners of a rubber shop next to the property.

In January, he got angry with a police car that parked in front of his garage door, blocking his way, and he complained to the agents.

On the same night, she clashed with the rubber workers who work next to her residence for the same reason. Gretchen appears in videos barefoot and altered, fighting a man in the street.

The singer herself recorded everything on social networks and complained to the police. “Now even the police don’t respect the law,” she said, who made a video of the moment as she asked the police to leave the scene.

In another video, she says that she was threatened by one of the police officers when she went to complain to them: “And there’s more. I want the person in charge of the Military Police to talk to me, because I just received a threat at my door, from the policeman pulling out his gun for me. I’m going to show the video here, because I have everything recorded by my cameras. I want to take action against this policeman”.

This isn’t the first time Gretchen has fought over parking at her gate. In November, she was filmed arguing with a man who parked his car in front of her driveway. At the time, the singer defended her husband, saxophonist Esdras Souza, who would have been mistreated by that man.

On social networks, she explained the corrido: “They posted a video in which I appear talking a little louder with a person who disrespected my husband at the door of the house. This rude gentleman stopped at the door of my house. My husband was going to meet me look for it in the salon, and then, he took the car, my husband left, and he put the car back. He wanted to argue with my husband, he was no good, right…”.
