Woman who accuses Daniel Alves does not want to receive compensation and gives details of sexual assault in testimony

The 23-year-old Spanish woman who accuses Daniel Alves of sexual assault has refused to receive any compensation if the player is convicted. According to the publication of ‘El País’, she stated in a statement to the police that she does not want financial gain, but that justice is done.

According to the victim, she was at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona when she did not recognize Daniel Alves. A group of Mexicans, friends of the player, introduced him to the whistleblower. She and the right-back danced together until the player allegedly took her hand to his penis. Around 4:30 am, he asked her to follow him to a door. It would be the entrance to a bathroom, where the aggression would have occurred.

The victim underwent tests at a hospital and, according to the vehicles, the presence of semen was detected on her dress.

Daniel Alves was sent this Friday to Brians I prison, about 30km from Barcelona.
