The senator Randolfe Rodrigues, leader of the government in the National Congress, announced that the amount of R$ 400 thousand, allocated to Macapá City Hall by the Ministry of Development and Social Assistance, Family and Fight against Hunger, as a result of the heavy rains that fell in Macapá on the 13th of February, it’s already in the account.

The resource is for the municipality to provide families affected by flooding with the necessary care to alleviate the damage caused.

The senator Randolfe was the one who organized the release of the resource. “All help at this time is very welcome and we know that families affected by flooding are going through difficult times. This amount may include financial assistance, temporary shelter if still needed, and basic supplies.”stated Randolfe.
