With a daily rate of BRL 3,700 and a cover charge of BRL 250, high income guarantees JHSF results – 04/23/2023 – Panel SA

Owner of malls such as Cidade Jardim, in the capital of São Paulo, and Catarina Fashion Outlet, in São Roque, in the metropolitan region of Sorocaba, JHSF ended the first quarter with a 14.72% growth in consolidated sales compared to the same period of 2022.

When disclosing their operational previews, the seven malls ended the period with an occupancy rate of 96.4% and sold R$904.2 million. The cost of operation, 9.8%, was below the 10.3% of the same period last year.

Who pulled the results were the assets aimed at the high-income public.

Business also advanced in the hospitality and gastronomy segment. In hotels, the average daily rate was BRL 3,740, 8.8% higher than in 2022. Revenue per available room (revpar) rose 8%. In restaurants, the average cover charge of BRL 253.6 represented an increase of 13.5% compared to 2022.

JHSF also claims to have registered an increase of 48.4% in movements at the Catarina executive airport. In volume of liters of fuel supplied, the increase was 28.1%.

Among the fronts touched by the group, which owns businesses such as Fazenda Boa Vista and Fasano Cidade Jardim, the incorporation was the one that registered a negative result. The volume of contracted sales, R$ 239.1 million, represented a drop of 25.7% on the same basis of comparison, a result affected by seasonality, according to the company, which points to an improvement in the pace of business in February.
