Wilson Lima approves the final result of the DMV Amazonas contest

Validation includes positions of traffic agent, traffic examiner, traffic accident expert and vehicle inspector who attended a training course
Manaus (AM) – The governor of Amazonas, Wilson Lima, ratified the final result of the tender for the State Traffic Department of Amazonas (Detran-AM), this Monday (04). The homologated result is for the positions of traffic agent, traffic examiner (categories AB, AD and AE), traffic accident expert and vehicle inspector.
For these positions, candidates underwent a training course, as provided for in Notice No. 001/2022- Detran-AM. “I have just ratified the result of the Detran-AM competition, for the positions of traffic agent, examiner, accident expert and vehicle inspector. Once this step is over, we will continue working to call those approved in the event as soon as possible”said the governor.
According to the Public Tender Commission of the Detran Amazonas, of the 180 approved candidates, there are 74 transit agents for broad competition and 15 PCD; 10 vehicle examiners for category AB due to broad competition and 1 PCD, 37 for category AD due to broad competition and 4 PCD, 18 for category AE due to broad competition; 5 for traffic accident expert by broad competition and 1 PCD; 13 for vehicle surveyor by wide competition and 2 PCD.
Homologation is the administrative act through which the competent authority confirms the legality and validity of the public tender. With approval, the contest is officially accepted and the approved candidates can be called for appointment, within the validity period of the contest, according to the needs of the public administration and according to the number of vacancies available.
The training course began on March 13 of this year, during an Inaugural Class held at the Centro Universitário do Norte (Uninorte).
