This small feast brings delicacies such as caruru, vatapá, black-eyed peas, chicken xinxim, acarajé, palm farofa, fried banana, popcorn and sugar cane. Black Kitchen
Chef Rodrigo Freira Caruru’s complete Caruru combines caruru, fish and shrimp moqueca, coconut rice, omolocum (black-eyed peas), vatapá, white corn, abará, fried banana and boiled egg. To complete this ancestral feast, he will also prepare the traditional Bahian acarajé. The menu will be served for lunch and dinner. Preto Cozinha is located at Rua Fradique Coutinho, 276, Pinheiros.
