In a Solemn Public Session of the College of Public Prosecutors held this Friday (20), Adriano de Medeiros Escorbaiolli Nonaka and Tatyana Cavalcante da Silva took office as substitute public prosecutors of the Public Ministry of Amapá (MP-AP). The event was led by the president of the Board and Attorney General of Justice, Paulo Celso Ramos dos Santos, in the auditorium of the Attorney General’s Office (PGJ) – Prosecutor Haroldo Franco, in Araxá, with broadcast on the MP-AP YouTube Channel .
They made up the table of honor, in addition to the PGJ; the general inspector, prosecutor Jair Quintas; the prosecutor and advisor to the National Council of the Public Ministry (CNMP), Ivana Cei; the state governor, Clécio Vieira; senator Lucas Barreto; the president of the MP-AP Members Association (Ampap), prosecutor José Cantuária Barreto; judge Mário Mazurek, representing the president of the Court of Justice of Amapá (TJAP), judge Adão Carvalho.
The new members, approved in the 7th competition to join the MP-AP career, which began in 2021, took an oath and signed a commitment to society to perform functions in compliance with current legislation, especially the Federal and State Constitution. They then signed the Term of Inauguration and were declared sworn in as deputy prosecutor of the MP-AP by PGJ Paulo Celso Ramos.
The PGJ congratulated the new members for their effort and dedication and for achieving their goals.

After the inauguration rite, a tribute was paid to prosecutor Ivana Cei, appointed by the President of the Republic, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, to occupy the position of advisor to the National Council of the Public Ministry, from December 15, 2023. Ivana Cei is the first woman representative of State MPs to make up the CNMP.
