TV Lar has been a sponsor of Amazonas Futebol Clube since last year

TVLar announced the renewal of its sponsorship of Amazonas Futebol Clube, this Thursday (08), at an event celebrating the group’s 60th anniversary, with the presence of the club’s president, Weslley Couto. A reference in the household appliances retail sector, the company is one of the biggest supporters of local sport.

TVLar’s official sponsorship also includes the launch and distribution of shirts, tickets and official products to support the Amazonian team, the only one in the state to hold the title of Brazilian champion and which will begin, in the 2024 season, the fight to climb to Serie A, the country’s football elite.

The president of Amazonas FC, Weslley Couto, celebrated the partnership, remembering that support for the sport has allowed the creation of more than 300 direct jobs at the club and another 2,500 indirect jobs during matches in the state.

“It is a very big responsibility for Amazonas to carry the name TVLar on its shirt. This means that every day that passes we work with very strong planning to honor this sponsorship. We know that it is a huge effort for a state company to sponsor a football team, due to the history of the clubs here. But this story is changing. Amazonas Futebol Clube came to change and, with the help of TVLar, we will achieve all our goals”, he stated, during the partnership announcement ceremony.

Valorization of local football

The TVLar partnership also represents advantages for fans, who can purchase shirts and other team products in the group’s more than 76 stores spread across Amazonas. The measure helps generate revenue and also encourages the appreciation of local football.

“Thanks to its reach in the interior of Amazonas, the company has facilitated contact between the club and fans, even in the most distant municipalities,” said the president of Grupo TVLar, Antonio Azevedo.

Founded in 1964, the company is experiencing a period of renewal. “It is a time of accelerated transformation, focused on offering not just products, but experiences that make a difference in the day-to-day lives of our customers”, highlighted Azevedo.

TVLar has been a sponsor of Amazonas Futebol Clube since last year, and played an important role in the club’s rise to Series B of the Brazilian Championship.
