Manaus (AM) — The Tupissai Fair will be held, this Sunday (13), at the Povos da Amazônia Cultural Center, in the Industrial District. The exhibition brings together local talents, providing visitors with an immersion in cultural riches and pluralities.

From 10am to 5pm, Feira Tupissai has free entry and is a success with the public in every edition. Normally, the project takes place in cultural spaces maintained by the State Government, such as the Palacete Provincial, and this time it is an unprecedented edition in the Peoples of the Amazon, rescuing the history of culture and arts in Amazonas.

The program is diverse and includes live musical attractions, DJs, art exhibitions, local crafts, thrift stores and much more.

“It’s a space for entrepreneurs to showcase their products, and, in addition, bring culture to society. We have programming throughout the day, music, so the idea is to promote the economy, provide leisure to the public”,

said Alicy Alves, one of the project’s creators and coordinators.

The musical program starts with DJ Acaixa, from 1pm to 2pm, then the best of roots samba, with Os Bororós and, until the end of the event, DJ Thai leads the party.

Alicy also reinforces Feira Tupissai’s commitment as a transformative agent, promoting cultural and commercial exchanges. “Entry is free and the event is completely pet-friendly”, concludes the coordinator.
