*) Even after having his mandate unanimously revoked by the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), federal deputy Deltan Dallagnol (Podemos-PR) still hasn’t given up.
He had already announced that he would appeal to all possible instances. And so it is doing.
In recent days, he presented his defense to the Chamber of Deputies. At the same time, he will try to appeal in the electoral justice itself and in the Federal Supreme Court.
In parallel, Deltan received the solidarity of some parliamentarians and saw social movements call for protests for the next 4th of June. The acts, however, also ended up generating some controversy, since some groups, previously confirmed, will not participate.
