The magical combination of black beans, succulent pork meats, spicy sausage and that crunchy crackling, creates a unique symphony of flavors that makes even troubles take a break. If combined with a crunchy farofinha, fluffy rice, breaded banana and that orange, it makes anyone’s mouth salivate. It doesn’t matter if you’re on the vinaigrette, cabbage or chili team, the truth is that feijoada is a feast for the palate.
This Brazilian delicacy could not be left out of Bom Gourmet Award 2023! Within the Popular Flavor category, the public voted, and a lot, and elected the puinas bar as the best place to eat feijoada. With 40 years of history, Puinas offers a menu with more than 100 options, in addition to the highlight: the feijoada Dona Cacilda, signed by chef Cleber Tulio, son of Cacilda.
The dish is served on Saturdays in iron pots, with several options for side dishes and appetizers. Among them, cassava bread, potato chips, pork sausage and pork shoulder roasted for eight hours. The kitchen is led by chef Wagner Ferro. The restaurant also has live music with Samba de Bamba. The price is R$69.90.
And it doesn’t end here, there were four more finalists in this dispute, huh? Check them all out here!
