  • 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder

Method of preparation:

  • Strain the flour into a bowl and add the sugar, egg and yeast

  • Add the milk little by little, until you get a firm consistency (if necessary, use less than indicated)

  • “Ping” the dough into the pan with already hot oil using a spoon

  • Fry a few units, turning with a slotted spoon

  • Place on paper towel

  • Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon

BANANA CAKE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • to grease
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup wheat flour

Method of preparation:

  • Start by preheating the oven to 180°C
  • Unite a form, if possible of English cake, with butter and wheat flour
  • Before using the butter, leave it out of the fridge until it reaches room temperature.
  • Pick ripe bananas and mash them with a fork
  • In a mixer, place the butter and sugar and beat until creamy

CARROT CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE COATING IN THE BLENDER

Ingredients:

Cake

  • 3 carrots

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups and 1/2 of wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour

  • 2 and 1/2 cups demerara sugar

  • 1 tea cup of oil

  • 1 table spoon of baking powder

  • 1 teacup of brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder tea

  • 1/2 tea cup of milk

  • 1 table spoon of unsalted butter

Method of preparation:

  • Blend the carrots, oil and eggs in a blender for one minute.

Ingredients:

  • 500g hominy
  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 6 tablespoons refined sugar
  • 6 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 5 cloves (optional)

Method of preparation:

  • Leave the hominy to soak overnight. Cook the corn with 2 liters of water in a pressure cooker for about 20 minutes
  • When the pressure cooker starts, cook over medium heat.
  • To make sure the corn is tender, place a few kernels in ice water and taste. If it is still not soft, cook for another 10 minutes in the pressure cooker.
  • In another pan, heat the milk and dilute the powdered milk and sugar
  • Mix with the hominy corn, add the cloves and cook over low heat for ten minutes, stirring constantly.
  • At the end, add the condensed milk and let it cook over low heat for five minutes, stirring constantly.
  • To give it a special touch, you can add roasted and ground peanuts.
