Supreme must complete 250 actions on 8/1 within six months, says Moraes

Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), said this Tuesday (13) that around 250 criminal actions related to the most serious cases of the acts of January 8 should be judged by the Court within six months. The processes involve people arrested preventively or directly linked to the invasion and depredation of the headquarters of the Three Powers, in Brasília.
“At least approximately 250, which are the most serious crimes, of those who are arrested, these in six months the Supreme Court will conclude”, he said during an event by Piauí magazine in a register by Jovem Pan.
Moraes is the rapporteur for more than 1,300 complaints linked to the January 8 acts. So far, the STF has accepted 1,246 actions offered by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), out of the 1,390 already presented. The cases involve people who are supposedly the intellectual authors of the acts and also the executors.
