This Friday, the 29th, the Government of Amapá paid the salaries of state public servants and with a salary adjustment of 4.16% for 8,554 Education professionals. The measure served permanent employees who occupy teaching positions in Basic and Professional Education; pedagogue; Education specialist; and educational assistant, both traditional and indigenous teaching.
“It is important to highlight that this percentage of 4.16% would initially be granted in December and the government made an effort to make a change in this agenda, at the request of the category itself”, highlighted the Secretary of Administration, Paulo Lemos.
The adjustment injected more than R$3 million into the Amapá economy this September. The measure reinforces the commitment of the State Government, which, since the beginning of 2023, has already been dialoguing with the category through the Server Valorization Committee.
Still in May, the State Government granted a 5.6% adjustment retroactive to the month of April to permanent public servants, which represented an increase of R$11 million in the payroll.
