The first hearing is scheduled for March 5, according to the agency. The decision of this trial can be appealed and sent to a group of five counselors. They are part of a standing committee of the NLRB appointed by the US president. If convicted, SpaceX could be forced to reinstate the eight employees and receive greater punishments in future cases at the agency.
