SP records 4 deaths from dengue in 24 hours – 03/29/2024 – Health

In one day, four people died from dengue fever in São Paulo, according to the State Department of Health’s monitoring panel.
From January until this Friday (29), the state recorded 158 deaths. Another 344 deaths are under investigation. There are now 366,492 cases of the disease.
Of the dengue cases, 4,346 presented an alarm signal and 403 progressed seriously.
In 85% of dengue infections, fever was the most common symptom. Next are headache (78%), muscle pain (77%), nausea (40%), back pain (31%) and pain behind the eyes (30%).
