Snacks at Comida di Buteco will have a creative theme and a fixed price
[ad_1]
The 8th Comida di Buteco edition takes place between April 7th and 30th, in Curitiba. During this period, the public will be able to taste preparations from 31 bars. This year participants were challenged to present snacks made with herbs or spices. In addition, the price will be fixed, from R$ 30.
Rosemary, parsley, oregano, thyme, basil, leek. These are some of the ingredients that should appear in the snacks at Comida di Buteco 2023.
“This year, Comida di Buteco brought a theme to challenge the creativity of participating bars. Herbs and spices are used in kitchens across the country, allow for regional appropriations and have a wide variety, allowing pubs to explore and abuse their creativity”.
Filipe Pereira, organizer of the contest.
The contest
For 23 days, the public will be able to taste the snacks from the 31 competing bars and make their assessment in four aspects: service, hygiene, drink temperature and the snack. The tasting takes 70% of the weight of the note and the other categories 10% each.
At the same time, a group of judges visits the pubs and also gives their grade. This group is made up of chefs, lovers of gastronomy and good buteco, as well as influencers. In the end, the public’s score has a weight of 50% and the jury’s too. It is from this average that the winners and also the disqualified come out.
After choosing the best of each city, comes the 2nd stage: choosing the best of the best! In June, a commission of judges visits the champions of each city. At this stage, the public does not participate by giving grades. The winner takes the city and the buteco to the podium of Brazilian cuisine. @_comidadibuteco/
