Sisu 2023: Registration opens this Monday and runs until Thursday – 06/19/2023 – Daily life

Enrollments for Sisu 2023 (Unified Selection System) are open from this Monday (19) and continue until Thursday (22).

Signing up to Sisu is free and done exclusively via the internet on this site.

The result of the regular call will be announced on June 27th. Enrollment will take place from June 29th to July 4th.

The deadline to participate in the waiting list is from July 27th to 4th and the call for candidates on the waiting list takes place from July 10th.

All students who participated in the last edition of the Enem (National High School Examination) and who obtained a score in the writing test greater than zero and did not declare to be in the condition of trainer when enrolling in the Enem can enroll.

Sisu brings together all vacancies made available by public institutions of higher education throughout Brazil, in particular those offered by federal institutions. The system is managed by the MEC (Ministry of Education). The system selects students based on the Enem score. Candidates are selected, according to their options, in order of highest classification, in each of the two annual editions of Sisu, up to the limit of vacancies offered, by course and type of competition.

Access to the Sisu registration system is carried out with the login and password information for access to the federal government’s digital services, through an account at gov.br. If you have not yet registered on the gov.br page, click here to create your account and register with Sisu.

When the candidate logs in to Sisu, the system automatically retrieves his/her grades obtained in the Enem edition valid for the selection process.

Upon registration, the candidate chooses up to two course options among those offered in each Sisu selection process. You can change course options throughout the enrollment period. The valid registration will be the last registered in the system.

Those who are not selected in either of the two course options indicated in the registration act can still compete for one of the vacancies through Sisu’s waiting list. Also pay attention to the deadlines for expressing interest in joining the waiting list.

The vacancies offered in Sisu are distributed in accordance with the Quota Law (Law 12,711/2012) and also in accordance with the policies and affirmative actions that can be adopted by public institutions of higher education, such as reserved vacancies and the application of bonuses on the grade of the candidate who meets the profile indicated by the institution. According to the institution’s specifications, the system automatically calculates and generates a new score, which is presented to the candidate.
