Manaus (AM) – In partnership with the Engenharia do Corpo academy, Millennium Shopping is holding a “Rhythm and FitDance Class” this Saturday (11), starting at 6pm. The event is free and open to people of all ages. To participate, there is no need to register, just wear comfortable clothes and show up at the G3 parking lot.
Millennium Shopping’s marketing coordinator, Elizandra Xavier, highlights that dancing brings several benefits to the body and mind.
“In addition to being an excellent cardiovascular exercise, it improves memory, combats depression, anxiety, and even raises self-esteem”,
he said.
She states that the event is also an opportunity to socialize, get together with friends and family to learn new dance steps. “Without a doubt, it will be a fun class that will feature songs that are currently hits,” commented Elizandra.
Fun itinerary
Anyone who visits Millennium will be able to enjoy the mall’s musical program for free, which always takes place in the food court. On Fridays, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, Lucélia Souza will be in charge of the happy hour. On Saturdays, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, it will be the turn of Grupo Réu Confesso. And, on Sundays, from 1pm to 3pm, singer Jhonathan Abreu is in charge of the action.
Children also enjoy exclusive and free programming, every weekend, from 1pm to 6pm. Painting corner, storytelling, mini slime workshop, mini sensory doll workshop, balloon sculpture and educational toys are some examples of activities offered in the mall’s food court.
And, anyone who visits the Millennium on Sundays still has the advantage of the promotional price for parking, all day long for a single price of R$5 for cars and motorbikes.
