“Sesc Verão”: Free activities will be offered this Sunday (1) in Manaus

Manaus (AM) – With the aim of providing well-being and quality of life, Sesc Amazonas will hold, next Sunday (1/10), the 1st edition of “Sesc Verão” in Manaus. The event, which already takes place in states such as Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, will start at 7am, at Sesc Balneário, located at Av. Constantinopla, 288, Alvorada, in the Central-West Zone of Manaus.
The activity will have a free sports and recreational program with beach tennis, aquathlon, dog walking, cycling, futsal, badminton, beauty services and blood pressure and blood glucose measurement.
The water park, which has adult and children’s pools, a sand court, pool tables and foosball, will be open and is an option for those who want to beat the heat. To access the park, interested parties must donate 2kg of non-perishable food, which will be donated to institutions registered with Mesa Brasil Sesc.
“This is the first edition of Sesc Verão here and is designed to provide various leisure activities for the whole family, so anyone can participate. We will open the doors to the population in the early hours of the morning with a program that starts with a regional breakfast”, explains the Regional Director of Sesc Amazonas, Adriana Nascimento.
The musical program will be led by the band Prefixo 92 and singer Ângelo Márcio. In addition to the musical attractions, there will also be rhythm classes on stage for participants.
