With the turn of the year, restaurants in the capital of São Paulo are taking the opportunity to renew their menus, based on the seasonality of the ingredients or recipes that match the high summer temperatures. Discover below some of the new features that are worth a visit.

Bráz Trattoria
The Bráz group has just opened a unit of its trattoria in Pinheiros, where it serves traditional Italian pizzas, pastas, meats and antipasti. The restaurant has new features on the menu, such as a section dedicated to carbonara, which features the sauce in classic variations, with eggs and pecorino, plus shrimp or artichokes (R$84 to R$120).

Coffee Cherie
Known for its pink decor, the restaurant underwent a makeover and included new dishes on the menu. Among the suggestions for lunch, there is the gluten-free beetroot gnocchi with goat cheese and lemon lemon sauce and the pirarucu with walnut crust, chestnut farofa and plantain puree.

Cora
At the top of a revitalized building in the center, Argentine chef Pablo Inca’s kitchen gains new dishes and renews some of the classics. Corrutela
Chef César Costa launches a customizable menu, in which the customer assembles the meal by combining the 34 available items. There are portions, side dishes, meats, fish and sauces. It is possible, for example, to order the smoked wagyu rib (R$ 130) with banana miso béarnaise sauce (R$ 18) or fermented mustard sauce (R$ 16), and add glazed eggplant (R$ 34).

There are also new features among the long fermentation pizzas, such as mozzarella topping, cream cheese, toasted onions, cream and onion molasses and chives (R$ 64).

Mila
Also with an Italian accent, chef Danillo Coelho’s kitchen launches an executive menu during lunch and new dishes on the regular menu. Among the new options, the tip is to try the fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce, blue cheese and celery pickles (R$ 39) and the straciatella with tomato and chilli (R$ 70). The combo served from noon to 3pm includes starter, main and dessert for R$75. Recipes vary and may include sausage rice and polpetone.

La Coppa
The restaurant, located at the Allianz Parque stadium, makes its first menu renovation, with the addition of ten dishes. Chef Giovanni Renê prepares pasta in-house, such as rigattoni with shredded lamb with cooking sauce, more mint and lemon gel (R$ 88) and cavatelli with beetroot sauce, slightly spicy, finished with marinated fish blades ( R$ 62). It also serves natural fermentation pizzas.

Takkø Café
The café, which has a popular brunch, expanded its kitchen and started serving lunch dishes during the week. There are four creations by chef Pedro Pineda: lasagna with mixed leaves (R$ 42), sautéed mushrooms with cooked lentils and mixed leaves (R$ 42), radicchio salad, mixed leaves, seeds, fruit and grated cheese ( R$23) and the dish of the week (R$48), which varies.

Reopened in September at a new address, chef Ivan Ralston’s signature restaurant makes its first menu change.
