In a move rarely seen in this vital industry, Santos-based Everbrew is buying a Florida brewery, Clermont Brewing Co.

Along with this acquisition, which occurred with the help of an investor, the brand from the coast of São Paulo will be renamed Everbrew Brewing Co in the first half of this year.

The change is part of a strategy aimed at entering the American market. The Clermont pub and factory are just 35 minutes away from the Disney parks, full of Brazilian tourists. Currently, CBC only produces for the pub, with a capacity of 16 thousand liters per month.

As a business card, Everbrew should launch two labels there, Everipa (IPAs are house specialties) and Evermont. The idea is to also produce canned beers for distribution throughout the North American territory.

“We have gone through a series of challenges since the creation of the brand. We produce in several factories like gypsies, we learn, we make mistakes, we get things right and we always seek excellence in our products and a different experience in each beer”, says Renê dos Santos, one of the founders of brand.

“The consumer has always been our guide. This has allowed us to evolve in quality and ensure that the brand can reach all over Brazil and also Europe, Asia and now North America”, he concludes. Remembered as the beer with the skull, Everbrew was gypsy until 2021 and needed crowdfunding to open its factory in Santos, within the Municipal Market. Just a few years old, the brand has already launched more than 200 labels here. Now you’re going to win this big world.
