SAF does not guarantee success, let alone titles

There are five World Cups without winning a world title, still without the creation of the Liga Nacional de Clubes – the division into two blocks is a sign of more lost time -, generalized distrust in club directors and, above all, in the CBF and loss of the best players to abroad have opened up the serious crisis of Brazilian football.

Not even the creation of the SAF – Sociedade Anônima do Futebol – which should indicate the managerial modernization in the teams has presented satisfactory results.

Of course, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: the SAF does not guarantee technical success on the pitch, much less winning titles.

Everything goes through the management of those hired to transform football associations, in addition to good business, into winning teams.

From what can be seen, for the time being, Palmeiras and Flamengo will continue to swim hand in hand with Atlético-MG and athletic following closely.

In the case of Hurricane, the panorama is absolutely clear: with the permanence of the revelation Vitor Roque until the end of the season, the fans can dream of some championship title.

Observing the movement of Serie A participants in the first three months, it is clear that things have not changed much.

Brazilian football needs to evolve urgently. The distance between us and European football is getting bigger and bigger, which brings together the best players, the best coaches, the best referees and, obviously, the best managers.

Take the case of Real Madrid, which never tires of winning titles and, now, with the approach of the end of the career of illustrious characters such as Benzema, Kroos and Modric, architects the formation of the greatest attack in the world with Mbappé, Haaland and Vinicius Jr .

All that remains is Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City who, naturally, do not want to lose their top scorers.
