The Minister of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic, Rui Costa (PT), informed, this Tuesday (17), that “the exchange of commissioned advisors of the federal administration will take place in all ministries, regardless of whether they are military or civilian staff. “. The announcement was made at the Ministry of Defense after the Lula government exonerated more than 40 military personnel from the Alvorada Palace.

According to the minister, since the beginning of the government, “an exchange of advisors” has been taking place and the change should intensify in the coming days. “People are being exchanged, because a commissioned position is one of extreme trust from the immediate boss, whether he is the minister or the secretary”, said the minister.

Rui Costa said that the “bulk of appointments” should take place from the 23rd until the end of January, “when the new ministries come to exist in the government’s electronic, digital systems”. exchanges occur, “even because the government that left has little or no harmony with the government that came in”.

“The government regime changed, the philosophy of government changed (…) So, if the philosophy changed, the content, who was implementing it also had to change, because it was another style, another way of governing that is not ours “, explained Rui Costa.

The dismissals are published in the Official Gazette of the Union and since the beginning of the Lula government, more than 1,500 people who worked in the government of former President Jair Bolsonaro have already been dismissed.
