The program is run by the Municipality of Macapá and counts on the investment of the senator’s mandates randolf and federal deputy Acácio Favacho (MDB). Together, the resources reach R$ 10 million.
Casa Macapá is the first municipal housing program in the country with parliamentary investment, and has fulfilled the dream of owning a home for hundreds of people from Macapa. Randolfe emphasizes the importance of strengthening the housing policy in Amapá to offer decent housing and better quality of life to the population.
“What we all want is to see our people happy again, living well, with food on the table and jobs. The construction of these units fosters the local economy by generating employment and income. And this is just the beginning! Soon we will announce more investments for the construction of housing units with the support of the Ministry of Cities”said the senator.
During the event this Thursday (11), the City of Macapá should launch the construction of Condomínio Milan, which will also have apartments for the beneficiaries of Casa Macapá. In all, 300 families should be contemplated.
Macapá House Program
Casa Macapá pays the down payment of the property value at R$30,000. The program can be accessed by entrepreneurs, civil servants and the general population who can prove income of up to R$4,400 (formal or informal), and who meet the criteria required to register for the program. The rest of the value of the property is financed by the beneficiaries.
Property structure
The apartments have a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and service area. In the living area, Condomínio Nápoles has a playground, guardhouse, trash can, water supply and sewage treatment.
