This Tuesday (21), Senator Randolph Rodrigues (Rede) organized a hearing between the Secretary of Health of Amapá, Silvana Vedovelli – representing the Governor Clecio Luis, the director of the UNIFAP University Hospital, Aljerry Rego, and the president of Ebserh, Arthur Chioro, to close an important partnership for public health in Amapá.

According to the parliamentarian, it is the beginning of negotiations between the Federal and State Governments, together with the HU, to expand the supply of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) beds in the State.

Last February, in a conversation promoted by Randolfe with the Minister of Health, Nísia Trintade, the governor of Amapá listed the lack of sufficient ICU beds to serve the population of Amapá as a priority.

“One of the major health problems in our state is the lack of intensive care beds, the HU will have ICUs and we can speed up the process so that they can serve the people of Amapá”explained Randolf.
