This Friday (8), Senator Randolfe Rodrigues and the State Transposition Secretariat, held a plenary meeting to clarify doubts of the public servants from Amapá who are waiting for the approval of the Proposed Amendment to the Constitution nº 07/2018, authored by the senator.
PEC 07, as it is called, provides for the transposition into the framework of the union, the public servant who has maintained a functional, employment, statutory or work relationship with the public administration of the former Territories of Amapá, Roraima or Rondônia, until the year 1998. At least 30 thousand people should benefit.
Randolfe celebrated together with the civil servants the prediction of voting on PEC 07, in the Federal Senate, scheduled to take place on Tuesday, September 12th. “We are waiting for this moment like the world cup final. We are certain that the PEC will be approved and will benefit more than 30,000 people in the states of Amapá, Rondônia and Roraima.
With the Sebrae auditorium packed, Randolfe also spoke about the situation of employees of the Municipal Development and Urbanization Company of Macapá (EMDESUR), who fight to also have the right to transposition. “The last opinion will be given by the Federal Court of Accounts, and we are waiting for the next few days. Victory is coming!”, stated the senator.
Those who participated in the plenary session can clarify questions about the Transposition processes, both of Constitutional Amendment 98 and PEC 07. In 2023 alone, 2,034 people from Amapá were transferred to the Union.
