Illustrious passenger on a cruise starring the singer Wesley Safadão who this week sailed through the waters of the Caribbean, the president of the Chamber of Deputies, Arthur Lira, was one of the lucky occupants of the most VIP area of ​​the ship, with luxury cabins whose packages were being sold for no less than $40,000.

The cruise departed from Port Canaveral, in the US state of Florida, and lasted three days — Monday through Thursday. Accompanied by his family, Lira stayed in the Yatch Club wing, the most exclusive wing of the vessel.

With restricted access, the area has a pool, spa, exclusive restaurants and bars and offers pampering to which other mortals aboard the MSC Seaside ship did not have access. The cruise operator says it offers occupants of Yatch Club staterooms standard six-star treatment. On the trip, they even had a full-time butler.

Guests in the VIP area could also enjoy an exclusive stretch of sand at Ocean Cay, the islet in the Bahamas where the ship stopped and which was advertised as one of the special attractions of WS On Board, the name of Wesley Safadão’s cruise on which the Lira family embarked.

On board, the mayor participated in private events in the company of the singer and other celebrities. Among the celebrities and sub-celebrities who joined Wesley Safadão’s maritime adventure was, for example, singer Jojo Todynho. In the featured photo, Lira appears at a dinner that the host of the trip, owner of the hit “Air conditioning no 15”, offered guests shortly after her show.

In addition to Safadão himself, the cruise program, sold as “the liveliest in the world”, also featured presentations by several other artists, such as Bell Marques, Léo Santana, Murilo Huff and the duo Zé Neto and Cristiano.

While relaxing, Lira did not neglect politics, and even caused jealousy among Centrão allies who stayed in Brazil. He took Deputy Elmar Nascimento, leader of União Brasil in the Chamber, in tow. The Bahian Nascimento is appointed as Lira’s favorite name for his succession next year.

Also on board — and glued to Lira — were Maranhão senator Weverton Rocha and the notorious Willer Thomaz, a lawyer who has already been involved in Federal Police investigations, owns one of the most requested newsstands in Brasilia by politicians from different parties and has the current mayor as one of his bosom friends.

Before leaving, Arthur Lira passed through Orlando, the land of Mickey Mouse and Walt Disney parks. There, he stayed in a condominium of luxury houses.
