Manaus (AM) – With the completion of the works scheduled for the end of this year, work at Quintas de São José do Rio Negro continues at an accelerated pace, in the first and second stages. The high-end development by developer BTP Urbanismo, located on Estrada do Cetur, in the Tarumã neighborhood, West Zone of Manaus, draws attention for its high-quality lots, combining urbanism and nature, already being considered the largest and best residential in the city. northern region of Brazil.

The director of BTP Urbanismo, João Batista Pi, informs that the construction of the Sports Club has started, the landscaping of the entrance, including the reflecting pool of the first roundabout, in addition to the completion of the paving of the entire first stage, earthworks for the start of works of the Social Club and Chapel, and crossing the Igarapé Oriente.

According to João Batista Pi, with the beginning of the summer, the infrastructure works for the second stage have also started, at an accelerated pace.

“Our goal is to preserve the flora and fauna as much as possible, and offer infrastructure, high-standard leisure, guarantee an exceptional quality of life in the present and in the future, and in this way, also, the appreciation of the resident’s heritage”,

he said.

With a total area of ​​700,000 square meters, the site offers spaces for sports and leisure such as sports courts, chapel, three clubs, water park, gym, playroom, green trail and gazebo, among many other amenities. And, as a differential, it plans, for the future, to have a riding stable for up to 100 horses, a marina for up to 200 speedboats or jet-skis, a helipad for three helicopters and a golf course.

There are 180 lots in sizes from 1,500 square meters, with a preserved green area, so that residents will have a real private forest in their surroundings.

Quintas de São José do Rio Negro has an eye for sustainability and environmental preservation has been part of the structure of the project since its inception. In addition to complying with all environmental legislation, studies were carried out to assess the area’s environment, which were essential for the purpose of the property: to be aimed at meeting the needs of those who dream of living in comfort, safety and direct contact with nature.

The Quintas area has almost 200 species of forest and fruit essences cataloged and represented by 45 botanical families. Angelim-rajado, abiurana, apuí, white breu, red breu, ingá chichica, lourinho and sorvinha are some of them. Environmental monitoring is being carried out, including projects to rescue wild fauna in areas of vegetation suppression and environmental quality control, which aim to minimize the impacts of the work.

In addition, Quintas’ bylaws will focus on the environmental education of its residents. The document contains a clause obliging all residents to preserve a minimum green strip of 3 meters on the sides of the lots and green strips at the back, forming a veritable green wall between neighbors and the so-called ecological corridors in the condominium, paths through which biodiversity will remain intact, still ensuring maximum privacy.

Other environmental initiatives that will also be part of the condominium’s routine are the dissemination of an environmental education booklet to be distributed to residents with information on fauna, flora and care for the environment, and a project for a community garden and waste recycling.
