PT has a positive image for 37% of the population, says survey – 04/20/2023 – Panel

A survey commissioned by the PT to assess its image among the population shows a country practically divided in half in relation to the party.

Among those surveyed, 38% said they liked the caption, practically the same level as those who did not like it (36%). 22% said they were indifferent.

In the same way, 37% evaluate that the PT acts in a positive way, and 36%, negative (22% do not think neither negative nor positive)

About the caption worrying about people, 50% agreed and 41% disagreed.

A rare point that escaped the division was about the PT respecting Christian and family values. 55% of respondents agree that the legend appreciates these points, against 34% who disagree, which was seen with encouragement by the leadership of the party.

The survey data were analyzed at the party’s seminar on communication last week and will guide actions in the area, strategies and future advertising pieces.

For Jilmar Tatto, secretary of Communication for the PT, the survey shows that the country remains very polarized about the party, but with a clearly defined growth path.

“The survey shows that the PT is repositioning itself. A significant contingent trusts the party, but we need to take some precautions. We hope that with our government now we can improve the image and life of the people”, he says.

The idea is to increasingly link the government of Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva to the party. “For us, the Lula government succeeds, the PT succeeds, and vice versa”, he says.

The survey was carried out by the Vox Populi institute between March 29 and April 5, with 3,042 respondents in 104 municipalities. The idea is to repeat the survey every four months.
