The president-elect of Paraguay, Santiago Peña, will give a lecture at Cebri (Brazilian Center for International Relations) this Wednesday (7) on the challenges for his country in the coming years.
Participating in the event, at 11 am, will be Luiz Augusto Castro Neves, vice-president emeritus of Cebri, José Pio Borges, president of the board of trustees, Hussein Kalout, international advisor, and Fabian Calle, director of the Institute for International Security and Strategic Affairs of Cari.
Peña was elected in April, continuing the Colorado Party’s decades-long hegemony in the country. He will take office in August.
