The Cursinho Popular Arcadas, founded and maintained by students from the Faculty of Law at USP, is open to enrollment for those who want to prepare for the main entrance exams in the country. The extensive course includes lessons and didactic material.
Arcadas, like other popular USP courses, is aimed at low-income students and does not charge a monthly fee. There is a registration fee in the selection process of BRL 22.50 and a registration fee, if approved, of BRL 50.
Applications are open until February 17th and must be done at this link.
The course works annually with a single class, with classes from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays. The 2023 selection process will be carried out in two stages: registration and submission of an essay, and socioeconomic interview.
Half of the vacancies are reserved for self-declared black, brown and indigenous people. Former students of the course will receive a 20% bonus in the selection process.
The list of those approved in the first call will be released on March 9. Classes will start on March 20th.
