From this Wednesday (17th) onwards, the matches of the men’s soccer teams will start in the Brazilian School Championship, which takes place in Recife/PE until the 22nd of May. The event is organized by the Brazilian Confederation of School Sports (CBDE) and will bring together more than 700 people, including athletes, coaches and heads of delegation from the 26 states and the Federal District.
Amapá is being represented by the boys from Escola Estadual Dr. Alexandre Vaz Tavares, who won the state selection that took place in January. The winning team of the competition will represent Brazil in the World School Championship, to be held in July, in Morocco.
The first challenge for the people from Amapa is this Wednesday (17), at 3:30 pm, against Colégio Objetivo de Palmas (TO). The second game will be on Thursday (18) against Claudizete Lima Eleutério State School (AL), at 8:50 am. The last match will be on Friday (19), at 8:30 am, against Colégio Nova Geração/COC (MT).
