The quarantine of the former Minister of Economy, Paulo Guedes, won and he has already decided what to do. In partnership with a former advisor, he set up a school to offer MBA courses, following in the footsteps of great businessmen who dedicate themselves to training professionals in business administration and management.
On another front, the former head of the economy will join the Liberal Institute, a non-profit organization founded by businessman Donald Stewart Jr. in Rio de Janeiro to spread the principles of liberalism in the country.
Guedes graduated from the University of Chicago (USA), one of the cradles of this economic thinking.
Meanwhile, he is considering an invitation from a large investment bank to chair the board of directors. The name was not revealed.
Also on the radar is the Presidency of the Economic Council of São Paulo, which Governor Tarcísio de Freitas intends to create by the end of this year.
The former minister told Tarcísio that he likes the idea. He should not receive a salary and will be directly linked to the governor’s office.
When consulted, the minister did not respond.
